Eli Boufis, father of Nayia (‘28), Peter (‘28), and Theo (‘30), is the Founder and Managing Partner of GVC Americas, a private equity firm founded in 2021. Eli chairs the firm’s investment committee, oversees the sourcing of new investment opportunities, and works closely with portfolio companies to drive growth. Eli has over two decades of experience in private equity and corporate finance. He has served as a director at 25+ companies and currently sits on the boards of Hawkes Learning and Encore MDR. Eli serves as a member of the Investment Committee at The Frances Xavier Warde School and a Board Member at Fenwick High School, where he also chairs the Fenwick High School Foundation.
