After transformative roles as the founding CEO of Skender Construction and then Skender Manufacturing, Mark co-founded RaaP Builders. An expert in in the construction industry along with modular and prefabrication. Mark serves as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company. Additionally, he is an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University’s Master of Project Management program where he teaches Construction Management. He has a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned a Lifetime Achievement Award from its Construction Club. He also earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Mark served on FXW’s Board of Trustees for nine years, including four as Board Chair. Mark oversaw the development of a comprehensive strategic plan while FXW was transitioning from an Archdiocesan school to earning accreditation from the Independent Schools Association of the Central States (ISACS).
